Site Visit – For most of our clients, after we have agreed to work together but before we begin a marketing campaign for your open position, one of our recruiters will visit your offices and conduct a new client site visit. This aspect is truly a key element in helping us develop a plan for our work together. Meeting in person as we craft the ideal candidate profile for the neurologist you seek is a tried and true way for us to understand your point of view and organizational culture.

A site visit has two aspects that are equally beneficial to us before we start promoting who you are and what you do: we can tour your offices any relevant facilities at the same time that we familiarize ourselves with the local community.

At this time we will also review the terms of employment for prospective candidates and consult with you on how we can best craft a compelling, competitive offer.

We will always pre-screen and pre-qualify all candidates we refer to you, so as to ensure that they posses the necessary requirements in order to be a serious candidate for your job.

Interview – Together, we decide which of the candidates we have referred warrant further inquiry into the appropriateness of their fit for your position. Their candidacy will be further reviewed first through a phone interview and then through an in-person interview. We will take care of coordinating and scheduling all candidate interviews, even helping with booking flight arrangements and preparation of the itinerary for the candidate’s interview. We offer a complete service in this interview process, making it as easy on you as possible.

Offer / Negotiation – We will assist in crafting an offer for each candidate we refer whom you desire to employ. We often encourage you to take a very agile stance with respect to candidate offers, since all neurologists are not created equal and many factors are often involved in the decision-making process on both ends.

While we are not lawyers and we do not warrant or represent any great ability or qualification within navigating a morass of complicated legalese, we have found that often when we are intimately involved within the creation and modification of an employment contract, the need for and expense of legal oversight within the process is often greatly minimized.

Close –  When you work with us, you are working with a team full of closers. We know that time, above all other considerations, is what kills deals and the longer a prospective candidate sits on an offer, the less likely they are to actually accept.
